TROUBLESHOOTING

Blurry images.

The lens of the scanner

is dirty, or the scanner

is not being held still

while scanning.

Clean the lens with a soft,

dry cloth and try scanning

again with a steadier motion.

ERR. is on the

LED screen when

scanning a document.

Scanning speed

is too fast.

Press the POWER/SCAN

button again and try

re-scanning the document

more slowly.
